  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items such as personal care products, undergarments, and perishable goods are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
