Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and product weight.

6. Delivery Issues

If the package is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local courier service.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

We will process a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
